I am a registered and accredited psychologist and counsellor with over 30 years of experience offering individual therapy and coaching for adults.

Drawing from these therapeutic approaches, the counselling sessions are focused on the needs of each individual client. Together we will work to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space.
